For those companies that are fortunate enough to have that type of inherent business culture, then this WEB site becomes a tool box for several great ideas, providing  those diverse thinkers an opportunity to maximize the growth of their bottom line if they are not already using these tools.

Hi - My name is Bob Hessman and founder of the GPS Connected Co-op.  I have been in the car business for 25 plus years founding and or assisting in the structuring of related automotive service companies. They include founding a successful loan servicing company managing more than $200M in sub-prime auto loans, setting up numerous related finance companies for the BHPH industry including new car dealerships and  training hundreds of collection staff along the way.  For the last 12 years my focus has been in the GPS industry.

As co-owner of strategic GPS related patents; many of the largest telematic companies and risk management companies in the country have chosen to  license them so as to offer functionality related to monitoring, tracking and driver identification.

The point being, we don't just talk the talk!

We specialize in providing cooperative ownership opportunities to car dealerships and financial institutions with different wants and needs.

Specifically, we offer two GPS co-op options from which our clients can choose their ownership model.

Option One:  Our member clients can become member owners of the GPS Connected Co-op family.

Option one is available to all individual dealerships or financial institutions, regardless if they are a stand alone dealership or part of a larger existing group who wishes to participate as a stand alone member.

Option Two:  Our clients can form their own GPS co-op and use GPS Connected Co-op support service.

Option two is available for existing dealer groups who wish to have the advantages provided by a cooperative structure, but prefer to close its participation to a specific group of dealerships within their existing group.  As an example, in the auto industry there are many dealer groups consisting of a number of dealerships that may prefer an internal GPS management co-op for a specific number of dealerships that are part of an existing group that may be sharing costs in other areas and to some degree already working cooperatively but without the benefit of a cooperative structure.  This model also works for the financial market.
